Returns Policy

We aim to package all our items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to refuse the item, and let us know immediately - this way we can arrange a free replacement for you.

 

Failure to refuse damaged goods on delivery will result in additional collection fees paid for by the customer.

If goods to be returned have no faults (change of mind) it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the delivery back to the nursery. Please take photos before sending so we can confirm items have left in the same condition they were originally sent in. 

Pots 

Due to our Tuscan terracotta pots being handmade items, colours may vary slightly due to the clay used at the time of making. You may also notice shades of white coming through - this is often salt deposits which can be washed off. Pots are only deemed damaged/available to return if they are cracked or broken on arrival. 

We are happy to send photos or arrange a video call before we dispatch pots so that you can choose what ones you prefer to be sent - if no arrangement is made we will send what we think is best. 

Plants 

Some of our plants available online are taller than the openings on the transport lorries, therefore minor breakages to branches can happen. In this case please cut any broken branches back to the nearest leaf node - they will recover!
